Shenzhen University of Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is built in Guangming New District, Shenzhen, a national science base. The project of the International Exchange Center of Shenzhen University of Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is jointly designed by three design institutes, including China Architectural Design and Research Institute and China Architectural Northeast Design Institute. The designed building is of new Chinese style. Due to the demand of Party A, Hanzhi Art Design Center under Asia Pacific Holding Group has carried out a second upgrade design on the original scheme.
