At 8:30 a.m. on December 31, 2021, accompanied by blue sky and white clouds, fluttering in the wind, in a festive and peaceful atmosphere, the capping ceremony of the first phase of the Asia-Pacific Banshan Yuefu was officially held. The project leaders, the general contractor and the heads of relevant business departments present took part in the grand event, and the TOD city of about 500000 ㎡ bloomed beautifully.
Under the eager guidance of the host, all the guests were present, which also indicated the official start of the event. At the beginning of the event, Mr. Han Zhi, Chairman of Shenzhen Asia Pacific Holding Group, took the stage to deliver a speech. Mr. Han Zhi first extended a warm welcome to all friends who attended the ceremony, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to all leaders at all levels, the media, and people from all walks of life who care about this project!
Mr. Han Zhi said that Building 1 of Qinghu Villa, as the first phase of the Asia-Pacific Banshan Yuefu, is also the cornerstone of the quality of the second and third phases of the project. Looking back on the construction process, the project has always strictly followed the group's project management system, guaranteed quality and efficiency, and strived to deliver satisfactory, qualified and assured projects to the owners.
Yao Zong of Guangdong Zhengye Co., Ltd. delivered a speech on the stage. The first phase of the Asia-Pacific Banshan Yuefu project was the golden roof, which was the end of an external construction phase and the beginning of detailed research in the future. In the follow-up project construction, we will continue to adhere to the three major indicators of meticulous construction, quality and quantity, and completion on schedule, and present a house that can withstand scrutiny for the city's elite.
