Sustainable economic and social development, nine categories of people's livelihood expenditure 31.83 billion yuan

In the whole year, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size was 278.459 billion billion yuan, an increase of 2%. In the whole year, 287 new national high-tech enterprises were added, bringing the total to 2502, quadrupling in five years.

The level of innovative services has been continuously improved. 0.63 billion yuan of science and technology support funds were allocated throughout the year, covering 2363 science and technology enterprises. Bantian Street was awarded the first batch of international talent blocks in Shenzhen.

This year, Longgang District made great efforts to lead the urban construction with planning, and the urban appearance had "new changes".

The quality of the urban environment has improved steadily. The comprehensive renovation of urban villages has achieved full coverage and successfully built 52 excellent urban villages. The classification of domestic waste was carried out smoothly, and the kitchen waste disposal capacity was the first in the city. Children's Park, Zhangbei Country Park, Silver Lake Mountain Country Park and other projects to speed up planning and construction.

Land development space effectively expanded. Longgang District completed 6.84 square kilometers of land preparation tasks throughout the year, demolishing and digesting 6.39 million square meters of illegal structures; in three years, a total of 19 square kilometers of land were prepared and 18 million square meters of illegal structures were demolished and digested. For five consecutive years, the task of clearing and returning construction land in cities and districts has been overfulfilled ahead of schedule.

This year, Longgang District continued to increase expenditure in the field of people's livelihood, and made "new progress" in the cause of people's livelihood ".

The level of people's livelihood and well-being has accelerated. Nine categories of people's livelihood expenditure 31.83 billion yuan, an increase of 9.9, accounting for more than 80% of the general public budget expenditure. The construction of the transportation track is accelerated. The first phase of the outer ring expressway and the Banyin channel were completed and opened to traffic, forming a "four horizontal and six vertical" high-speed road network and a "eight horizontal and six vertical" trunk road network. Metro Line 10 was completed and opened to traffic, more than 80% of the civil engineering progress of Metro Line 14 and Line 16 was completed, and the east extension of Metro Line 3, the south extension of Metro Line 16, and the Shenzhen-Shantou Railway started construction.

Cultural construction has achieved outstanding results. The city's first district-level socialist core values experience center was completed and operated. Shenzhen Conservatory of Music, Shenzhen Second Concert Hall, Longgang International Art Center, Longgang Workers' Cultural Palace and other projects are progressing in an orderly manner. Baolong Sports Center and other 6 street-level sports centers started construction.

Grassroots social governance has achieved remarkable results. Successfully built a number of "maple bridge" grass-roots governance demonstration sites such as "good life, Longling flowers" in Buji Longling and "one core and three units" in the west pit of Yuanshan. We will further promote the classified and graded management of rental housing, "grid +" and "building sweeping" actions, and the number of production safety accidents and deaths decreased by 9% and 18% respectively throughout the year.
